George Benson – Saxophone

  George Benson is a jazz saxophone legend.  Hal Leonard has published his highly acclaimed book on improvisation, and he works with players on all instruments to gain a much deeper insight into advanced concepts of improvisation and jazz theory.  George is on the faculty of Wayne State University.

Russ Miller – Woodwinds (Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute) 

Russ Miller is on the full time faculty of Wayne State University.  He teaches jazz ensembles, improvisation, theory and arranging.  He has previously taught the woodwind methods class where future music teachers learn the proper methods for teaching woodwind instruments in schools.  Russ has released a CD entitled Two For The Road comprised of his arrangements for a variety of styles, big band, latin, strings & woodwind ensembles.
